Description: Instructors who are trying to Post Announcements are receiving duplicate emails when they are selecting the option to send immediately.
Steps to Replicate:
- Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
- Access an Original course
- Create an announcement and
- Select the Email box and select Send
Observed Behavior: Observe in Microsoft Outlook that a duplicate announcement is received.
Expected Behavior: No duplicate emails.
