Ally Alternative Format's Button Does Not Appear When Opening a File From a Search Link

Description:
Ally Alternative format's button does not appear when opening a file from a search link. It will appear if the file is opened first from its location. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to Admin > Courses >  Search > Access an Ultra Course 
  3. Open the file from the search results
Observed Behavior: The alternative format's button does not appear.
Expected Behavior: The alternative format's button should appear. 
 
  1. Go to folder where the file is located
  2. Observe that alternative formats buttons appear
  3. Search again for the file and open it

Observed Behavior: 
The searched file has the alternative format icon. 

Expected Behavior:
The Alternative format icon should appear in initial search step itself.
