Description:
A test that is copied from Original to instructor's choice and then to Ultra, is deleted from the content section. However, it remains present in the gradebook as a column with no content item associated. Even though it was associated with a content item before attempting to delete it.
Steps to Repeat:
- Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
- Create an Original Course
- Create a pool of questions (1 essay is fine)
- Under Content Area create a Learning module
- Inside the Learning Module add a folder
- Inside the folder, create a test
- Select Reuse question > Create question set
- Use the pool questions
- Make the Learning Module, folder and test unavailable
- Create another course with Instructor's choice set
- From the Admin Panel, copy the Original Course into this new one. For the copy options:
- Copy course materials into an existing course.
- Copy links and copies of the content
- Select all. No enrollments.
- Convert the Instructors Choice course to Ultra. Notice the previously created Module + folder + test are all there.
- Click on the ellipsis (…) > Delete the module with everything inside
- Go to Gradebook
Observed Behavior:The content item is deleted, but its column remains in the gradebook.
Expected Behavior:The content is deleted.
