The Notification Icon for New Post Does Not Appear in Discussions Assigned to Groups

Description:
New posts in a discussion assigned to groups do not show the notification icon to the instructor except for posts made by the first group, which show normally. 
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Login to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
  2. Access an Ultra course with at least 6 students
  3. Create a group discussion with 3 groups, two students each (Groups 1, 2 and 3)
  4. Make the discussion available for the students
  5. Log in as a student and make a post in the discussion
Observed Behavior:
When the student is part of groups 2 or 3, the instructor will not see the new activity icon appear in the discussion section. If the student is part of group one, the new activity icon will appear in the discussion section.

Expected Behavior:
The new activity icon should appear regardless of the group.
