Messages Sent From the Analytics Menu Send Emails to Instructors

Description:
Messages sent from the Analytics menu are additionally sending emails to the Instructor.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create Course > New > Create a new Ultra course
  3. Navigate to Users > Create User > Create three new users with valid emails
  4. Enroll the users created into the course > Enroll two users as students and one as the Instructor
  5. Login as the Instructor and open the course created
  6. Open the Analytics menu > Course Activity
  7. From the Filter alerts dropdown, select All Students > also click on the checkmark below it named Select All Students
  8. Click on Send Message
  9. Type some text and click on Send

Note: On the top, it says Recipients will receive an email copy of this message, and the only recipients shown are the two students.
 

Observed Behavior:
In addition to the students receiving the email message, the instructor receives a message for every user to whom it is sent. The message says it comes from the instructor.

Expected Behavior:
Only the students receive the message.
