Unable to convert Kaltura building block content to LTI.
Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Converting Building Block Content to LTI > Migrate Courses with Building Block Content
  3. Search for a course
  4. Select it and click on Submit
Observed Behavior:
The course content failed to migrate.

Expected Behavior:
The course content migrated successfully.
