Steps to Repeat:
  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an instructor
  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create and access a course
  3. Go to Content > Assessments > Test > Create > Enter the test name and click on Submit
  4. Create Question > Calculated Formula > Enter the question text > In the Answer Formula box, enter a formula (e.g. x + y - x * y) > Set the Answer Range +/- to 0.000X Numeric (where X is 1 to 9) > Next
  5. In the 'Define Variables' section set the x range to be from 0.020 to 0.029, and set the y range from 0.010 to 0.019.
  6. Under 'Answer Set Options' set the Calculate Answers to 5 Decimal > Calculate

Observed Behavior:
The answer range on the answer sets is +/- 0.001 despite it being set to 0.000X.

Expected Behavior:
The answer range on the answer sets is +/- 0.000X.
